Registered Migration Agents

Our experienced Registered Migration Agents (RMA’s) are all registered with MARA (the Migration Agents Registration Authority) and maintain membership with MIA (Migration Institute of Australia). We all strictly adhere to the Migration Agents Code of Conduct which details the professional and ethical standards for registered migration agents.

All of our RMA’s participate regularly in Continuing Professional Development (CPD). This ensures the level of professionalism and knowledge of our migration agents. Australian migration legislation is complex and constantly changing which is why all of our registered migration agents are required to complete CPD on an ongoing basis.

Our RMA’s and support staff have lived, worked and studied throughout the world. Within the office we have staff who are able to speak and interpret the following languages; Bahasa (Malay); Hindi, Gujrati & Marathi (India); French; Indonesian; Tagalog & Cebuano (Philippines); Afrikaans, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin, Hakka & Hokkien), Ndebele (Zulu), Japanese, Hebrew, Polish, Russian and of course English.
